Visiting Staff

Here at CPHCE we welcome all visiting staff. It is essential that all visiting staff comply with our WH&S policies whilst working within the university. To ensure you understand our WH&S procedures please ensure you view the Orientation Checklist found on the 'Orientation' page. Once you have completed the induction process please fill in the following form and return it to Sarah Ford or your supervisor.
