  • Case Study 1:Healthy Homes and Neighbourhoods. This presentation will explore the value of Aboriginal Health Workers in increasing connections to health and social care services for families.
  • Case study 2: Cultural Support Workers play an essential role in improving access and health literacy in our diverse migrant communities, This presentation will explore the range of roles CSWs can play.
