All staff are required to have a performance review annually before June 30. It is the employee's responsibility to fill in the professional development form. You can access this by going to the following link:
Once you have filled in the form, you must send it to your current supervisor before your scheduled interview. If you have not scheduled an interview with your supervisor please contact them to ensure you organise a date before June 30.
