South Eastern Sydney Research Collaboration (SEaRCH)

Who we are

The South Eastern Sydney Research Collaboration Hub (SEaRCH) is a partnership between the Centre for Primary Health Care and Equity and the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District that was founded in 2014. SEaRCH's purpose is to strengthen the planning and delivery of evidence-based primary health and integrated care.

South Eastern Sydney Local Health District is a metropolitan-based statutory authority responsible for eight public hospitals and a range of community-based health services covering a culturally and linguistically diverse population of over 830,000 people.

What we do

  • Undertake, promote and support research and evaluation that strengthens primary health care and equity.
  • Support implementation of research evidence into practice.
  • Contribute to the development of primary health care in in South Eastern Sydney local Health District.

 SEaRCH convenes the CPHCE Health System Integration and Primary Health Care Development Stream across the Hubs.
