The keynote address will be delivered by Dr Rick Glazier, Senior Scientist and Program Lead of Primary Care and Population Health at the Institute for Clinical Evaluative Sciences, Canada.

Dr Glazier will be speaking on Using linked data to measure performance at the healthcare system and clinical practice level in Canada: putting primary healthcare in the picture.
